Salary: $136,000.00 - $275,000.00 per year + performance bonus opportunity

Salary range is based on days worked. We employ providers anywhere between one to five days a week, with most of our providers being on a four-day schedule.

Ascent Healthcare, headquartered in Portland, OR is a business that delivers generalized internal medicine and geriatric post hospitalization care to Skilled Nursing Facilities throughout Oregon and Washington. We have been in business for 14 years and we practice in over 50 skilled nursing facilities and over 20 assisted living facilities. Ascent Healthcare is now expanding to include a stand alone clinic and has an exciting opportunity for a Physician.
