Role Overview Seeking a physician to implement a preventive-care model utilizing advanced, non-invasive technology to identify health risks early and develop personalized action plans. The role involves delivering comprehensive screenings, creating tailored health strategies, and educating members on risk factors and lifestyle changes. Collaboration with care teams, oversight of clinical quality, and enhancing the member experience are key responsibilities. The position requires a strong commitment to preventive medicine, a member-first approach, and teamwork to improve overall care quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting high-resolution skin imaging, cardiovascular assessments, and utilizing AI decision support during member visits
• Developing and translating screening data into actionable, personalized health plans
• Providing member education on dermatological and cardiovascular risks
• Offering clinical oversight and escalation support to APPs
• Collaborating with care teams to ensure continuity and quality of care

Qualifications & Skills

• Active District of Columbia medical license
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or equivalent
• At least 1 year of post-residency outpatient experience
• Experience working in a tech-forward clinical environment
• Strong commitment to preventive medicine and team collaboration
