Job Summary

Texas Medical Center is seeking a qualified and compassionate Physician to provide high-quality medical care, evaluate patient health concerns, and develop appropriate treatment plans. The ideal candidate will combine strong clinical judgment with clear communication and a commitment to patient safety. This role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals to support effective diagnosis, treatment, and continuity of care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations, medical examinations, and clinical assessments.
• Review medical histories, laboratory results, imaging, and other diagnostic information.
• Diagnose medical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and recommend therapies in accordance with clinical standards.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans when necessary.
• Educate patients about diagnoses, preventive care, medications, and follow-up instructions.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely medical records.
• Coordinate care with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Refer patients for specialized evaluation or additional treatment when appropriate.
• Follow applicable medical regulations, professional ethics, and patient-safety protocols.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Completion of an accredited residency program relevant to the position.
• Board certification or board eligibility in the applicable specialty, as required.
• Strong diagnostic, clinical decision-making, and patient-care skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality, safety, and evidence-based medicine.
• Current professional credentials and certifications required for the position.

Pay: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
