Position Overview Our client is seeking an entrepreneurial Primary Care Physician (MD or DO) interested in launching and operating their own concierge or Direct Primary Care practice in Northern San Antonio.

This physician ownership opportunity allows you to build your own patient panel, establish long-term relationships, and grow a membership-based, cash-pay practice with support from an established brand and business model.

What You’ll Do

• Establish and grow your own concierge or Direct Primary Care practice.
• Provide comprehensive primary care, preventive visits, and wellness evaluations.
• Diagnose and manage chronic medical conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on long-term patient health.
• Build lasting physician-patient relationships through accessible, personalized care.
• Coordinate diagnostic testing, referrals, and specialty care.
• Grow your patient panel through membership development and engagement.
• Oversee daily practice operations with organizational support.

What You’ll Bring

• MD or DO with board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Outpatient primary care experience or recent residency completion with readiness for independent practice.
• Strong communication and patient relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to preventive medicine and personalized, patient-centered care.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in owning a medical practice.
• Willingness to learn and manage the business side of membership-based healthcare.
