You'll be backed by experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who manage follow-up care, freeing you up to focus on what matters most: complex clinical decision-making and patient outcomes, without the administrative overload.

What You'll Do

• Round on patients in skilled nursing and long-term care settings
• Conduct history and physical examinations as well as monthly regulatory visits
• Collaborate with NPs, PAs, nursing staff, and facility leadership
• Coordinate care across a multidisciplinary team
• Chart smarter, not harder — with AI-integrated EHR documentation built for speed

What You Bring

• Current, unrestricted MD or DO license in applicable state
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, and/or Geriatrics preferred
• SNF experience is a plus, but not required
