Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate, efficient physicians' schedules, balancing patient needs with provider availability.
• Coordinate with medical staff, administrative teams, and external partners to ensure timely appointment bookings and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations including HIPAA and JCAHO standards while managing sensitive medical records and patient information.
• Proven experience in medical office management with a strong understanding of clinic workflows and healthcare operations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple schedules efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with physicians, staff, patients, and external partners.
