Role Description The Physics faculty role at SR Sir's Biont Academy is a full-time, on-site position based in Midnapore. The faculty member will plan and deliver Physics classes for NEET, IIT-JEE, and foundation batches, ensuring clear explanations of concepts and systematic coverage of the syllabus. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating and solving practice problems, conducting doubt-clearing sessions, and evaluating learner performance through tests and assignments. The role also involves collaborating with other faculty members on curriculum design, maintaining academic discipline in the classroom, and providing constructive feedback and guidance to learners and families. The faculty member is expected to stay updated with examination patterns and contribute to continuous improvement of teaching materials.

Qualifications

• Strong subject-matter expertise in Physics and Theoretical Physics, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, structured manner.
• Knowledge of Physics Education and Mathematics relevant to NEET, IIT-JEE, and foundation-level curricula.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics or a closely related field from a recognized institution.
• Prior teaching or coaching experience for NEET, IIT-JEE, or similar competitive exams is highly beneficial.
• Strong classroom management, communication, and learner engagement skills, with a focus on inclusive and respectful teaching practices.
• Ability to design tests, analyze results, and adapt teaching strategies based on learner performance data.
• Comfort with using basic digital tools (presentations, online resources) to enhance classroom teaching.
