1.Academic Instruction & Pedagogy

• Concept Building: Delivering structured lectures that bridge NCERT/State Board fundamentals with advanced competitive application (JEE Main, JEE Advanced, and NEET patterns).
• Differentiated Teaching:
• For NEET: Emphasizing speed, high-accuracy numericals, formula application, theoretical clarity, and NCERT-based direct questions.
• For JEE Main/Advanced: Focusing on deep analytical thinking, multi-concept derivation, calculus-based application, and complex problem solving.
• Shortcut & Problem-Solving Techniques: Teaching shortcut tricks, dimensional analysis methods, estimation skills, and time-management strategies during exams.

2. Content & Material Development

• Daily Practice Problems (DPPs) & Question Banks: Creating or compiling chapter-wise assignments, practice sheets, and homework sets categorized by difficulty level (Level 1: Basic/NCERT, Level 2: NEET/JEE Main, Level 3: JEE Advanced).
• Test Series Preparation: Setting mock test papers, weekly unit tests, and cumulative monthly exam papers aligned with the latest NTA/JEE/NEET examination trends.
• Answer Keys & Detailed Solutions: Preparing comprehensive, step-by-step written or video solutions for all test series and practice sets.

3. Doubt Resolution & Student Mentoring

• Dedicated Doubt Sessions: Conducting one-on-one or small-group doubt-clearing sessions to help average and below-average students build confidence.
• Performance Analysis: Analyzing test scores and error reports to identify individual student weaknesses (e.g., conceptual errors vs. calculation mistakes) and providing corrective measures.
• Motivation & Exam Readiness: Mentoring students through exam anxiety, guiding them on subject prioritization, and helping them maintain consistency.

4. Academic Operations & Coordination

• Syllabus Execution: Strictly following the academic calendar to complete the Class 11 and Class 12 syllabus on schedule, leaving adequate time for revision and crash courses.
• Parent-Teacher Interactions (PTM): Reporting student academic progress, attendance, and mock test scores to parents.
• Team Collaboration: Working alongside Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology faculties to ensure balanced student workload and synchronized batch progress.

Pay: ₹300.00 - ₹500.00 per hour
