Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Physics Faculty to teach students preparing for JEE, NEET, and Foundation courses. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent conceptual clarity, and the ability to explain complex Physics topics through practical examples, numerical problems, and effective teaching methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Physics to students enrolled in JEE, NEET, and Foundation batches.
• Explain fundamental concepts, theories, formulas, and numerical problem-solving techniques.
• Cover the syllabus according to the prescribed academic schedule and examination pattern.
• Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, worksheets, and practice questions.
• Conduct regular tests, mock examinations, and doubt-clearing sessions.
• Help students develop strong conceptual understanding and analytical skills.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Monitor students' academic progress and provide additional support where required.
• Incorporate appropriate teaching methods to make complex topics easier to understand.
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure an engaging learning environment.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in Physics.
• Strong understanding of Physics concepts and numerical problem-solving.
• Experience teaching JEE and/or NEET aspirants is preferred.
• Ability to teach Foundation-level Physics for Classes 6–10.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to simplify complex topics and engage students effectively.
• Passion for teaching and helping students achieve academic excellence.

Educational Qualifications

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Physics or a relevant qualification.
• B.Tech./B.E. candidates with strong Physics fundamentals and relevant teaching experience may also apply.
