Role Description The Physics Teacher will design and deliver engaging physics lessons for students, ensuring alignment with curriculum standards and learning objectives. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching classes, guiding laboratory activities, assessing student performance, and providing constructive feedback. The role involves integrating mathematics into physics instruction, maintaining classroom discipline, and fostering a safe, inclusive learning environment. The teacher will collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, participate in school meetings, and communicate with parents or guardians about student progress. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Physics and Physics Education to explain concepts clearly and accurately.
• Demonstrated ability in Lesson Planning to structure effective, engaging, and age-appropriate instruction.
• Solid foundation in Mathematics to support teaching of physics topics that require quantitative reasoning.
• Proven Teaching skills, including classroom management, differentiated instruction, and student assessment.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physics, Physics Education, or a closely related field.
• Previous experience teaching physics at school level or similar educational setting is preferred.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and families.
• Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory educational practices and ongoing professional development.
