Qualifications

• Proven experience working with children or teenagers in an educational setting, particularly in tutoring or classroom environments
• Strong background in physics, mathematics, or related STEM fields; familiarity with computer science is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to teach complex concepts clearly and effectively across different age groups
• Excellent communication skills and patience to support diverse learners’ needs
• Knowledge of educational best practices, including strategies for special education students and classroom management techniques
