You will work with runners, triathletes, and people with persistent and complex pain. These patients are motivated, committed, and they expect results. They ask smart questions, they follow plans, and they will challenge you to become a better clinician.

This is not a clinic where you get handed a diary and left to do it alone. You will be mentored, coached, and pushed. We work as a team, we share thinking, and we care deeply about outcomes.

If you want to coast, avoid feedback, or prefer simple repeat treatments all day, this will not be the right fit.

About the Role

We are looking for a physiotherapist with a couple of years' experience who:

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of physiotherapy experience.

• Already gets solid results and retains their clients
• Love helping people achieve meaningful goals
• Wants to work closely within a mentoring and collaborative environment
• Is ready to upskill and refine both hands-on and movement-based treatment strategies
• Must hold current AHPRA registration as a physiotherapist
• Must have Australian work rights for this position

You will work closely with the founder and the team to deepen your skills in:

• Trigger point and myofascial release strategies
• Using movement retraining approaches to optimise outcomes and lengthen tissue
• Integrating hands-on care with strength to empower patients long-term

This is a hands-on, thinking clinician role. You are encouraged to engage, reflect, and keep improving.

Remuneration and Growth

We offer a generous base salary of $106k. In practice, our physios do not sit on base rate.

Through achievable bonuses, team members earn between $130k and $180k annually. This is driven by strong outcomes, patient retention, and clinical excellence.
