Physiotherapist

We are looking for qualified and passionate Physiotherapists to join our team as Spine Specialists. Selected candidates will undergo a comprehensive 1-month training program, followed by 2 months of continuous mentoring, to develop expertise in spine care, clinical assessment, patient management, and conservative treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive first consultations and arrive at accurate clinical diagnoses.
• Take detailed patient histories and perform thorough clinical examinations using appropriate manual therapy techniques.
• Explain diagnosis, treatment plans, expected outcomes, and the importance of conservative treatment to patients.
• Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy treatment as per the defined Plan of Care.
• Prescribe and monitor exercise programs, including exercise progression, correct form, contraindications, and precautions.
• Track patient progress throughout the treatment journey and ensure timely achievement of functional goals.
• Set appropriate patient expectations regarding treatment compliance, home exercises, and long-term recovery.
• Maintain accurate, real-time records of diagnosis, treatment, progress, and outcomes on the organisation's app.
• Ensure smooth handovers to Patient Counsellors, Doctors, and other relevant teams.
• Coordinate with internal specialists such as Orthopaedics  for appropriate medical intervention when required.
• Collaborate with virtual physiotherapy teams to ensure continuity of care for patients unable to regularly visit the clinic.
• Recommend appropriate posture-support products where clinically required.
• Ensure excellent patient experience and demonstrate complete ownership of patient outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with clinic and cross-functional teams.
• Continuously upgrade clinical knowledge and skills.

Training & Development

All selected Physiotherapists will undergo a structured 1-month Spine Specialist training program covering:

Clinical Training

• Detailed history taking and clinical reasoning
• Patient examination and manual therapy techniques
• Hands-on treatment techniques
• Exercise prescription and progression
• Identification of incorrect/trick movements
• Contraindications and prohibited exercises
• Use of technology for consistent diagnosis and treatment

Process Training

• Documentation of diagnosis and functional goals
• Patient progress and outcome tracking
• Treatment documentation
• Patient journey and operational processes

Personality & Communication Training

• Professional grooming and soft skills
• Patient communication and expectation setting
• Communicating the benefits of conservative treatment
• Handling challenging and sensitive patient situations

Following the initial training, 2 months of ongoing mentoring will be provided to ensure successful integration into the organisation.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum qualification: BPTh (Bachelor of Physiotherapy)
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient assessment skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for physiotherapy and continuous learning
• Patient-centric approach with strong ownership
• Willingness to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Candidates must be comfortable working in either shift
