Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist to assess, treat, and rehabilitate patients with physical disabilities, injuries, pain, and movement-related conditions. The candidate will work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical conditions, mobility, strength, flexibility, and functional limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, electrotherapy, and other appropriate treatment techniques.
• Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and functional independence.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
• Educate patients and attendants about exercises, posture, mobility, and home-care programs.
• Assist in post-operative, orthopedic, neurological, and other rehabilitation cases as required.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
• Follow hospital protocols, infection-control practices, and patient-safety standards.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of physiotherapy equipment.

Eligibility

• BPT / MPT from a recognized institution.
• Valid registration with the relevant authority, wherever applicable.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and patient-handling skills.

Preferred Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and rehabilitation skills.
• Good knowledge of physiotherapy techniques and therapeutic exercises.
• Patient-focused and compassionate approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
