About the Role

Join our team at Stay Active Longer in Lidcombe, NSW as a Physiotherapist. This contractor role gives you the chance to build your skills in a supportive, hands‑on environment, helping clients enhance mobility, regain independence, and truly live their best lives. You’ll work with a varied caseload and play an important part in shaping patient outcomes and our clinic’s growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Carrying out detailed assessments to understand clients’ physical needs, and crafting tailored rehab plans that are realistic, evidence‑based, and client‑centred.
• Delivering a wide variety of interventions (manual therapy, exercise prescription, mobility training, education) and seeing clients through their recovery journey.
• Tracking progress closely, adapting treatment plans responsively, and ensuring patients meet meaningful milestones.
• Collaborating with other allied health professionals, family / carers (where relevant), and external providers to deliver holistic care.
• Keeping accurate client records and documentation, including reports, progress tracking, and referrals.
• Contributing to team meetings, case discussions, and helping improve our approaches, protocols, and client experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor/Master degree in Physiotherapy + current registration with AHPRA
• At least 1‑2 years clinical experience, ideally in MSK rehab,-aged care, or NDIS/disability settings
• Passionate and personable practitioners with solid clinical skills
• 2-4 day availability (hours super flexible) - Must be available Saturday
• Empathy, strong communication skills, ability to build rapport with clients, their families, and collaborate with a team
• Motivated and driven to stay up to date with best practice & research
• Well‑organised, responsible, and committed to outstanding client‑centred care
• Autonomous and proactive with ensuring high value and premium care is provided to clients
