PHYSIOTHERAPIST

About the role

Damai Service Hospital (HQ) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive physiotherapy services to our patients in our Kuala Lumpur facility. You will play a key role in helping patients recover, improve their mobility, and enhance their overall quality of life.

What you'll be doing

• Conduct thorough assessments to develop personalised treatment plans for patients
• Deliver a range of physiotherapy treatments and interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and the use of modalities
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and communicate regularly with other healthcare professionals
• Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new physiotherapy initiatives and protocols
• Mentor and support junior physiotherapists, providing guidance and training as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years of post-qualification experience as a Physiotherapist, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting
• Strong clinical skills and experience in a wide range of physiotherapy techniques and interventions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality, patient-centred care
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest physiotherapy practices and research
