Duties

• Assess patients’ physical conditions through detailed evaluations and medical history reviews
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans focused on restoring movement and function
• Provide hands-on therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as manual therapy, exercises, and modalities
• Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including doctors, nurses, and specialists to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and health maintenance strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare standards

Skills

• Proven experience working in hospital settings with exposure to acute care environments
• Strong background in pediatric physiotherapy and patient care for diverse age groups
• Excellent knowledge of medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practice
• Ability to perform detailed assessments and develop effective treatment plans swiftly
• Exceptional communication skills to educate and motivate patients effectively

Pay: $150.00-$200.00 per hour
