As Saint Haven continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our Private Club and deliver an exceptional standard of clinical care to our members.

THE POSITION

As the sole on-site Physiotherapist at Saint Haven, you will be the lead clinical presence within the Club, working with a discerning member base to deliver highly personalised, evidence-based treatment.

This is a contractor (ABN) opportunity suited to an experienced and confident clinician who thrives working autonomously while being part of a high-performing, service-led environment.

You will manage your own caseload, schedule and administration across agreed days, supported by a strong internal referral network across the Club. Core weekday availability and a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week are required.

You will also have access to regular mentoring and professional development with our broader physiotherapy team across locations.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and highly personalised treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based treatment across musculoskeletal conditions, mobility, rehabilitation and physical performance.
• Deliver hands-on treatment including manual therapy, joint mobilisation and soft tissue techniques where appropriate.
• Educate members on self-management strategies, tailored exercise programs and ongoing physical performance.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships and deliver an exceptional level of member care and service.
• Collaborate closely with the broader Saint Haven team, including Personal Trainers and Group Fitness professionals, while maintaining full clinical independence.
• Maintain accurate clinical records, progress notes and treatment plans.
• Remain at the forefront of developments and best practice within physiotherapy.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, confidentiality and service at all times.

ABOUT YOU

You are an experienced Physiotherapist who combines strong clinical capability with an exceptional approach to client care. You are polished, personable and comfortable working with members who expect a highly personalised and premium level of service.

You will also bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
• Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
• Minimum 5 years’ clinical experience.
• Strong expertise in musculoskeletal assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Experience across manual therapy, therapeutic exercise and relevant treatment modalities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confidence operating as the primary or sole clinician, independently managing your caseload, administration and member portfolio.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• A genuine commitment to continued professional development and clinical excellence.
