Spring Hope Rehab is a patient-focused physiotherapy centre committed to quality care, teamwork and evidence-based rehabilitation. Job Responsibilities

• Conduct physiotherapy assessments and treatment sessions for musculoskeletal and post-surgical patients
• Develop and implement individualised treatment plans aligned with best clinical practices.
• Monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans where clinically appropriate.
• Provide patient education, home exercise programmes and injury-prevention advice.
• Deliver care consistent with the clinic’s clinical protocols and patient-centred values.
• Maintain clear and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with AHPC, MOH, and PDPA requirements.
• Collaborate professionally with physiotherapists, doctors and other healthcare professionals when clinically required.
• Comply with the clinic’s policies, SOPs and clinical governance framework.
• Occasionally contribute simple educational content, such as exercise demonstrations or injury-prevention tips, with guidance and support.

What We Expect

• Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy recognised by AHPC Singapore.
• Registered with AHPC and holding a valid Practising Certificate.
• At least three years of relevant clinical experience preferred; applicants with less experience may also be considered.
• Able to assess, treat and manage patients independently.
• Independent, strong sense of professional responsibility and accountability.
• Willingness to comply with clinic policies, SOPs, and documentation standards.
• Respectful, collaborative attitude within a team setting.
• Comfortable with participation in educational or awareness content as part of community outreach (no prior social media experience required).
