As a Physiotherapist , you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients across relevant clinical areas, including musculoskeletal, orthopaedics, neurology, cardiopulmonary, geriatrics, and other specialty areas.
• Develop and implement evidence-based, patient-centred treatment plans to optimise functional outcomes and recovery.
• Monitor patient progress, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and provide patient and caregiver education.
• Manage assigned caseloads and provide cross-coverage, including after-hours or on-call services as required.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care and continuity of services.
• Adhere to hospital policies, clinical guidelines, billing procedures, and relevant healthcare standards.
• Participate in continuous professional development, clinical training, and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Assist in the supervision and training of therapy assistants, students, and clinical observers.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and research activities as assigned.
• Perform other duties and departmental projects as assigned by the Reporting Officer or Manager.

Requirements:

• Recognised Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy, or equivalent qualification recognised by AHPC.
• Prior clinical experience is advantageous.
