Physiotherapist

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical conditions, mobility, strength, and functional limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment and rehabilitation plans.
• Perform therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other appropriate physiotherapy interventions.
• Assist patients in recovering from injuries, surgeries, musculoskeletal disorders, and neurological conditions.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programmes, posture correction, and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Follow clinical protocols, infection control measures, and patient safety standards.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of physiotherapy equipment.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) from a recognized institution.
• Valid professional registration, wherever applicable, as per relevant state regulations.

Required Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and rehabilitation skills.
• Knowledge of therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and pain management techniques.
• Good patient-handling and interpersonal skills.
• Effective verbal communication and counselling abilities.
• Empathy, patience, and a patient-centric approach.
• Ability to maintain clinical documentation and work collaboratively in a healthcare setting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
