ABOUT THE ROLE

We're growing across two locations and looking for physiotherapists who want to grow with us.

With opportunities available at Paramount Physiotherapy in Williamstown and Melton Physiotherapy & Sports Medicine Clinic, we're offering the flexibility to work at either location or across both, depending on your preferences and our clinic needs.

Both clinics are part of JC Health Group, with a shared commitment to high-quality patient care, professional development, and building a team that genuinely enjoys working together.

We have mixed caseloads, a strong team culture, and clinics that are set up properly. Across our locations, we offer physiotherapy, exercise physiology, clinical Pilates, and exercise rehabilitation, with a boutique gym and Pilates studio at our Williamstown location.

We're not a volume clinic. We want our physios to have enough time with clients to actually do the job well - assess thoroughly, treat properly, and build a plan that sticks.

At Paramount, we offer 60-minute initial assessments, allowing clinicians the time to complete thorough assessments and establish meaningful treatment plans.

New grads are welcome. We've put real thought into how we support early-career clinicians, and our mentoring program reflects that. If you're experienced and looking for a place that still invests in your development, that's equally what we're about.

THE ROLE INVOLVES

• Seeing a varied caseload - musculoskeletal, sports, post-surgical, NDIS, and general physiotherapy.
• Conducting thorough initial assessments and building clear, practical treatment plans.
• Hands-on treatment and prescribing and progressing exercise programs.
• Working alongside our exercise physiology and Pilates teams - we do genuinely integrated care here.
• Being part of weekly in-house PD and contributing to the learning culture of the clinics.
• Building relationships with referrers over time and playing a part in growing your caseload.
• Having the opportunity to work across our Williamstown and Melton locations, gaining exposure to different patient populations, clinical environments, and team members.

• AHPRA-registered (or about to be).
