Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Physiotherapist with 2 -5 years of clinical experience to join
our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy and
post-surgical rehabilitation, along with practical knowledge of Pilates, preferably Reformer Pilates. The candidate should
be passionate about patient care and helping clients achieve their functional and fitness goals.
Roles & Responsibilities

1. Assess and treat patients with musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, neck pain, back pain, and joint-related problems.
2. Plan and implement personalised rehabilitation programmes for post-operative and post-surgical patients.
3. Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress throughout rehabilitation.
4. Conduct Reformer Pilates and other Pilates-based sessions for rehabilitation, mobility, strength, and functional fitness.
5. Educate patients on posture, movement mechanics, injury prevention, and home exercise programmes.
6. Apply appropriate evidence-based physiotherapy techniques, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises.
7. Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, and progress reports.
8. Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, hygiene, and professional ethics.
9. Collaborate with the clinical team to provide comprehensive, patient-centred treatment.
10. Build positive relationships with clients and support their long-term recovery and wellness goals.
    Required Skills & Qualifications
11. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) from a recognised institution.
12. 2 - 5 years of relevant clinical experience in physiotherapy.
13. Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal physiotherapy and post-surgical rehabilitation.
14. Practical experience or certification in Pilates, preferably Reformer Pilates.
15. Good understanding of exercise prescription, functional rehabilitation, and movement assessment.
16. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-handling skills.
17. A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to continuous professional development.
    Preferred Candidate Profile
18. Experience in a physiotherapy clinic, rehabilitation centre, or Pilates studio.
19. Familiarity with sports rehabilitation, orthopaedic conditions, and chronic pain management.
20. Ability to conduct both one-on-one physiotherapy treatments and Pilates sessions.
21. A patient-focused approach with strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
