An exciting opportunity is emerging in Collingwood, Ontario, for a motivated and entrepreneurial Registered Physiotherapist to take on a lead clinical role in a new multidisciplinary healthcare clinic.

he Role

As the Lead Physiotherapist, you will be instrumental in establishing the clinic's physiotherapy services, building a strong patient base, and delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide high-quality care for musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, sports-related, and other physical conditions.
• Establish and grow a loyal patient caseload through exceptional clinical outcomes and patient experiences.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in a multidisciplinary setting.
• Contribute to the development of clinical programs, workflows, and patient care standards.
• Build relationships with local healthcare providers and community partners to support referral development.
• Play an active role in the clinic's growth and long-term success.

Qualifications:

• Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
• Experience in private practice, orthopaedic rehabilitation, or musculoskeletal physiotherapy preferred.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in practice development and leadership.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional, patient-centred care.
• Previous leadership or clinic management experience is an asset, but not required.
