About the Role

This diverse role combines community-based physiotherapy with Residential Aged Care services, providing variety and the opportunity to develop a broad range of clinical skills.

Community Physiotherapy

You will:

• Complete comprehensive home-based assessments.
• Develop goal-focused treatment plans tailored to each client.
• Prescribe equipment and mobility aids.
• Deliver rehabilitation and exercise therapy.
• Support falls prevention and promote safe independence.
• Manage your own caseload while receiving ongoing team support.

Residential Aged Care

Working alongside facility staff and our multidisciplinary team, you will:

• Assess new residents and develop therapy plans.
• Complete individual and group Wellness & Reablement programs.
• Provide manual handling assessments and recommendations.
• Monitor falls and implement strategies to reduce future risk.
• Review, prescribe and monitor mobility aids and equipment.
• Deliver one-on-one and group rehabilitation sessions that improve quality of life.

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional client-centred care and enjoys working both independently and as part of a supportive team.

You'll have:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy.
• Current First Aid and CPR Certification.
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for helping older Australians achieve their goals.
