We’re a collaborative, team-based clinic in the Comox Valley looking for an ambitious physiotherapist who’s genuinely passionate about movement, helping people, and doing great work alongside a team that has their back.

About the Role
This isn’t a “clock in, clock out” gig. In "The Movement Space" we believe the best outcomes come from a collaborative team model, not solo practitioners working in silos. You’ll be surrounded by colleagues who share knowledge, cover for each other, and actually like coming to work. We are looking for someone who is also a self-starter and is excited to grow a practice here in Comox.

We have a beautiful boutique gym space where all the physical rehab and classes take place within Origin Integrated Health clinic in Comox. Services offered at the clinic also include: Chiropractic, Athletic Therapy, Registered Massage Therapy, Kinesiology, Naturopathic Doctor, Laser, Shockwave, exercise rehabilitation and yoga/rehab classes.

Position

• Hiring for 1-2 full or part time position. 2 days -5 days a week. 10-30 hrs.
• Flexible hours and the support of our front desk administrative team and the use of Jane for booking and Momence for classes.
• You will also have access to the equipment in the gym/rehab space.
• Compensation for this role is a competitive percentage-based income split. Open to negotiations.
• We offer some evenings and Saturday appointments if desired, virtual and home visits, online booking and direct billing to insurance companies and ICBC.
• If trained to do so, you can run fitness/yoga/rehab classes as well in the space.
• NEW GRADS -I also offer 1 on 1 Mentorship in your trade and as you build your caseload with us, free education nights and tools to grow your practice fast (This is unusual for clinics to offer)

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Physiotherapy Degree or Masters of Physiotherapy
• Registration in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of British Columbia or CATA or other certifying body (AT/Kin).
• IMS/Acu Certification is an asset (PT)
• Vestibular/Concussion training + rehab and asset.
• General and commercial liability insurance (5million)
• Excellent record keeping of confidential patient records (Jane an asset)
• Vulnerable sector background check
• Strength training or group fitness certification and asset

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

$110-$165 per hour. Classes can be more. Split dependant.
