Physiotherapist I/II

We are seeking enthusiastic problem solvers to join us in scaling our platform, to enhance the quality of life for elderly in Hong Kong through our senior living and outpatient rehab clinic operations. Our diverse and high-performing team comprises Medical and Nursing Care Professionals, Rehabilitation Specialists, Hospitality Professionals, Asset Management and Investment Professionals and more.

Responsibilities

• Communicate assessment results, therapy plans, goals and outcome measures to clients and other relevant stakeholders
• Conduct physical, psycho-social, discipline specific and impairment-based assessments to determine required therapeutic interventions
• Evaluate therapy progress and outcomes using selected therapy outcome measures at regular intervals.
• Provide clients and caregivers with education and training in self-management
• Plan continuing education programmes for support staff
• Working closely in an interdisciplinary team to ensure a high standard of clinical practice and professional conduct for comprehensive client care

Requirements

• Degree holder in Physiotherapy or equivalent
• Holder of Certificate of Registration with valid practising certificate issued by the Physiotherapists Board of Hong Kong
• Acupuncture and other post-graduate qualification will be an advantage
• Work experience in stroke rehabilitation and pain management is preferable
• Mature, service-oriented, attentive to details, empathy and commitment to patient care
