Physiotherapist Shift Leader

• Assign daily patient caseloads, manage staff schedules, and handle operational issues during the shift.
• Mentor junior physiotherapists, support students, and provide guidance on complex patient cases.
• Ensure the team follows clinical governance, safety regulations, and professional standards.
• Act as the main point of contact between staff, department heads, and other healthcare team.

Requirements :

• Minimum diploma in physiotherapist

• Minimum 2 years experience in physiotherapy shift leader.

• Several years of clinical practice as a licensed physiotherapist.

• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to balance patient workloads with administrative and managerial tasks.
