• This hiring is a replacement HC for Venclose products management within the PI FY26 budget.
• Venclose new product launch in FY26 Q2, now is in critical launch acceleration phase. Venclose is the most important new product in PI in FY26 which is a new category in varicosis disease. FY26 target is $2.8m while total revenue under this SPM is $26m. Under this SPM role portfolio venovo.
• PI second LAP project venous glu is close to deal with local player which need SPM urgently to prepare new product launch.

Key Responsibilities（主要职责）

• Analyze segmentation with portfolio management and set STP, make portfolio strategy and tactics for branding.
• Customer KOL faculty pool management
• Manage product clinical knowledge and communicate with sales team for promotion
• Strategy implementation and marketing tool
• Regular review and analyze sales performance and make forecast
• Make new product launch strategy and price and implement new product launch tactics
• Assist national sales and distributor training SKILLS AND ABILITIES（技能）
• Bachelor's degree or above in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Biomedical Engineering or a related field
• More than 5 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
• Strong marketing activities organization skills, with the ability to analyze and solve problems independently
• Good team spirit and a customer-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills, including strong group communication and presentation skills
• Good self-learning, management and time management skills, able to handle work pressure in a mature manner
• Good English communication and writing skills DESIRABLE（优先条件）
• Familiar with the vascular surgery field is preferred
