Piano Instructor

Artist Music Academy is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Piano Instructor to join our growing team. We are looking for a teacher who is passionate about music education, enjoys working with students of all ages, and is committed to helping students develop a lifelong love of music.

What You’ll Do

• Teach private piano lessons to children, teens, and adults.
• Create engaging and individualized lesson plans based on student goals and abilities.
• Encourage student growth, confidence, and musical achievement.
• Maintain a consistent weekly teaching schedule.
• Communicate professionally with students, parents, and academy staff.
• Participate in student recitals and academy events.
• Support efforts to grow and retain a healthy studio of students.
• Serve as a positive ambassador for Artist Music Academy and its programs.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or college-level coursework in Piano Performance, Music Education, or a related field.
• Strong piano performance and musicianship skills.
• Previous teaching experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students of varying ages and skill levels.
• Dependable and committed to maintaining a stable teaching schedule.
• Passion for music education and helping students succeed.

Compensation

This is a part-time independent contractor position. Compensation is competitive and based on education, experience, teaching background, and availability.
