PIB & PEB Drafter

Main Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process PIB and PEB .
• Ensure accuracy of HS Codes, customs values, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with Field Operations and customers to complete required paperwork.
• Maintain and update document statuses in the internal tracking system.
• Stand by according to rotation schedules (including weekends).

Requirements:

• Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent diploma.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant operational experience.
• Proficient in operating the CEISA system.
• Ability to speak English is a strong advantage.
• Willing to be placed at Soewarna, Tangerang (Soekarno-Hatta Airport area).
• Willing to work a 6-day work week and shifts if required.
• Immediate availability / able to join ASAP is highly preferred.
