Pick & Pack Warehouse Operator

About the role

You'll be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch, keeping our warehouse running smoothly and our trade customers happy.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently from stock
• Label, wrap, and prepare goods for dispatch/freight
• Receive, check, and put away incoming stock deliveries
• Maintain accurate stock levels and report discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and safety-compliant warehouse at all times
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack) where required
• Assist with stocktakes and cycle counts
• Work with the sales and operations team to prioritise urgent orders

About you

• Previous experience in a warehouse, pick/pack, or logistics role
• Forklift licence
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Basic computer skills for stock/order systems
