Pick Pack/Despatch Assistant

Bonnie and Neil is Australia's most-loved homewares brand, known for delivering beautiful, inspiring and artful ranges of luxury linen products for the home.

We are looking for a self-motivated, positive person to join our fast-paced studio located in Reservoir for full time role.

This role suits someone who is flexible, enthusiastic and keen to be part of a dynamic team. 
 
The successful candidate will:

• Have previous experience working in a customer service role or warehouse role
• Work well independently but also as part of a small team environment
• Be a clear and concise communicator both written and verbally
• Have an eye for detail
• Be computer literate with a keen interest to learn new programs
• Have the ability to work on a variety of tasks
• Be self-motivated, a good problem solver and adaptable
• Have a positive, can-do attitude
• Be a tidy worker who is punctual, efficient and reliable
• Be able to lift boxes (up to 15 + 20kg)

Reporting to the management team, key tasks for this role include:

• Picking, packing and shipping eComm and wholesale orders

• Processing customer returns and exchanges

• Assisting the warehouse manager with incoming goods, quality control and inventory checks

• Liaising with team members to solve customer issues

• Supporting team members with ad hoc projects including samples and seconds sales.

• Daily activities that help achieve a clean and safe workplace

• General administrative duties
