Pick Packer - Approx $1,300 per week!!

Workfast is looking for a Pick Packers and parcel sorters to join our national clients warehousing team in Pemulwuy.

Pay rate: $35 per hour + OT penalties + super
Hours: 5am to 9am (Mon to Fri) - Wekkend work available during busy periods
Location: Pemulwuy, NSW

Candidates must have the ability to accurately pick and pack orders and be proficient in using RF scanning devices. This role requires a sound knowledge of inventory handling and warehouse safety systems, alongside the ability to maintain a high level of speed and accuracy during daily operations. This is an essential warehouse position for a proactive operator ready to support the team through efficient order fulfilment and maintaining a clean, organised workspace.

What you need

• Previous experience in a fast-paced picking and packing environment.
• Proficiency with RF scanning devices and basic warehouse management systems.
• Sound understanding of 5S methodology and general workplace health and safety.
• Good English speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• Ability to meet physical requirements including standing, walking, and heavy lifting throughout the day.

What you will be doing

• Accurately picking and packing goods according to KPI measures

• Utilising RF scanning devices to locate, track, and update inventory movements.

• Preparing, labelling, and securing outgoing stock for dispatch.

• Assisting with scheduled cycle counting and daily stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy.

• Complying with WHS policies, conducting risk assessments, and reporting hazardous situations.

• Unloading incoming shipments and safely sorting stock into appropriate locations.
