The Role…

In a typical Pick Packing position with National Workforce, you will be responsible for:

• Accurately picking products based on order specifications.
• Scanning barcodes using relevant technology such as RF scanners.
• Meeting set KPIs and productivity targets.
• Carefully packing items ready for shipment, ensuring products are packed within client guidelines.
• Conducting quality checks to guarantee good condition of products and accuracy of orders.
• Utilising client specific computer systems to process returned items.
• Restocking shelves to ensure inventory levels are maintained.
• Lifting up to 20kg as required and assisting with manual handling tasks.
• Adhering to client specific safety processes and requirements.

To be successful for a Pick Packing position with National Workforce you must:

• Have a minimum of 3 months experience in a relevant pick packing position.
• Be confident in the use of RF scanning technology.
• Have a sound understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
