Pick Packer w/ LF ticket – Lytton

Precision Labour Hire is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Forklift Operator to join a busy chemical manufacturing facility based in Lytton.

This role is primarily focused on manual handling (approximately 90%), with some forklift operation (approximately 10%). This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The Role

• Location: Lytton

• Roster: Monday to Friday

  • Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 2:30pm
  • Friday: 6:00am – 12:00pm

• Pay Rate: $33.50 per hour

• Hours: Approximately 38 hours per week

• Ongoing Monday to Friday work

Key Responsibilities

• Manual handling and general production duties
• Forklift operation as required
• Picking, packing and palletising products
• Conducting quality checks
• Labelling, sealing and preparing orders for dispatch
• Following workplace health and safety procedures
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• Current Australian Forklift Licence (LF) – essential
• Previous forklift experience preferred
• Previous pick packing and manual handling experience
• Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual handling
• Reliable, safety-focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Own reliable transport and current driver's licence, as public transport is not available
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia
• Availability to work the full Monday to Friday roster

Important Working Rights Information: This is an ongoing 38-hour-per-week Monday to Friday role. Candidates must be available to work the full roster. The position is not suitable for candidates whose visa conditions restrict their working hours.
