What they need
MAJOR TASK;
- Schedule and organize customer pick-ups based on agreed date & time.
- Prepare the daily pick-up plan & loading sequence to manage warehouse workload.
- Coordinate with customers and Sales regarding pick-up schedules, truck arrival changes.
- Monitor the status of all pick-ups and report complete,pending,delayed & cancelled transactions, including loading and truck turnaround time.
