YOUR OPPORTUNITY

We have a Picker/Packer role available to join our friendly warehouse team in Welshpool.

The role is casual with flexible hours of approximately 24 to 32 hours per week, which makes them ideal if you are looking for work that fits around your lifestyle. For the right people, some of these roles can lead to full-time employment.

This role would suit someone who:

• Has experience in warehouse picking, packing or store work

• Enjoys a hands-on role in a busy warehouse environment

• Is reliable, takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a great team

You will be joining a small, friendly operations team where reliability, teamwork and a positive attitude are highly valued.

Successful applicants may be required to complete a pre-employment medical and police clearance due to the physical nature of the role.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Picking orders accurately using a handheld RF scanner

• Packing a variety of products to our company standards to ensure they are transported safely and securely

• Restocking products onto shelves

• Maintaining clean and organised warehouse areas

• Following safety procedures and using PPE correctly

• Working closely with the warehouse team to meet daily targets and deadlines, and assisting in other areas as needed

ABOUT YOU

You will ideally have:

• Experience in a fast paced warehouse, manufacturing or production environment
• A forklift licence would be and advantage but not essential
• Good attention to detail when checking stock and documentation
• The ability to work at a fast pace and perform repetitive tasks
• Physical fitness suited to an active, hands-on role
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
