Duties

• Carefully pick items from storage locations using warehouse management systems (WMS) to fulfill customer orders accurately
• Pack products securely, utilizing appropriate materials handling techniques to prevent damage during transit
• Load and unload shipments using forklifts or manual handling methods, adhering to safety protocols
• Verify order accuracy through quality control checks before shipment
• Manage shipping and receiving processes, including documenting inbound and outbound inventory movements
• Stock shelves efficiently, ensuring inventory is organized and accessible for quick picking
• Assist with mechanical maintenance or troubleshooting of warehouse equipment as needed

Skills

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, including picking & packing, stocking, and shipping & receiving
• Knowledge of materials handling equipment such as forklifts and mechanical tools
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) for order processing and inventory tracking
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift
• Strong understanding of quality control standards to ensure order accuracy and product integrity
• Mechanical knowledge beneficial for equipment troubleshooting or minor repairs
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail in fast-paced environments
