About the role

CONCEIT Inc. is seeking a reliable and efficient Picker Packer to join our warehouse operations team in Pandi, Bulacan. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in our supply chain, ensuring that products are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment to our customers. As a Picker Packer, you will be at the heart of our logistics operations, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and the smooth functioning of our warehouse facility.

What you'll be doing

• Accurately picking items from warehouse shelves based on order lists and packing slips
• Inspecting products for quality and damage before packing
• Carefully packing items into boxes or containers using appropriate packing materials
• Labelling and weighing packages to ensure accuracy and compliance with shipping requirements
• Scanning and verifying barcodes to maintain inventory accuracy
• Organising and arranging packed items for shipment collection
• Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse workspace
• Assisting with receiving and stocking of new inventory as needed
• Working collaboratively with team members to meet daily and weekly targets
• Following all safety protocols and warehouse procedures at all times

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience in a warehouse, picking and packing, or similar logistics role is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately pick and pack items with minimal errors
• Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, and lift items weighing up to 25 kg regularly throughout your shift
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently to meet daily targets
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanning systems
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions clearly
• Strong organisational skills and a methodical approach to work
• Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work well within a team environment
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
