Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Picker Packer Supervisor within our ecommerce warehouse. Duties

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of picker and packer teams to meet daily production goals
• Monitor materials handling processes to ensure safe and efficient movement of goods within the warehouse
• Implement process improvements to streamline workflows, reduce errors, and increase productivity
• Oversee shipping & receiving operations, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of goods using warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms
• Manage forklift operations safely, including training team members on mechanical equipment use
• Conduct regular safety inspections, enforce heavy lifting protocols, and promote a culture of safety awareness
• Collaborate with logistics partners, including third-party logistics (3PL) providers, to optimize supply chain flow

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse supervision within a logistics or distribution environment
• Strong knowledge of materials handling techniques and warehouse safety standards
• Hands-on experience with forklift operation (Licence Required) and mechanical knowledge of warehouse equipment
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400 or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, and shipping & receiving procedures
• Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently as required by operational needs
• Prior experience working with 3PL providers or in a logistics-heavy environment preferred
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in process improvement initiatives
