Duties

• Efficiently pick and pack customer orders using barcode scanners and RF (radio frequency) scanners to ensure accuracy
• Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, cherry pickers, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and effectively
• Manage inventory by stocking shelves, organizing materials, and performing regular stock counts using warehouse management systems
• Load and unload shipments with mechanical knowledge of load & unload procedures while adhering to safety protocols
• Conduct quality control checks during packing to ensure products meet company standards before shipping
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace by following safety procedures and using personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
• Assist in shipping & receiving processes, including labeling, barcode scanning for logistics, and documentation accuracy

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers with familiarity in picking & packing processes
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, cherry pickers, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and barcode scanning technology used in logistics workflows
• Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy items safely and perform physical tasks throughout shifts
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately
• Commitment to safety protocol adherence and proper use of PPE during all warehouse activities
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for order fulfillment and quality control tasks
• Warehouse supervisor experience or familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus
