Duties

• Use RF scanners and manual handling techniques to accurately pick orders according to shipping lists and customer specifications
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, clamp trucks, cranes, and load & unload machinery safely and efficiently
• Pack products securely using appropriate materials handling methods to prevent damage during transit
• Load and unload shipments with heavy lifting equipment while adhering to OSHA safety protocols
• Manage inventory levels by updating stock records and conducting regular cycle counts using inventory management systems
• Assist in shipping & receiving processes by verifying shipments, preparing shipping labels, and documenting inbound/outbound goods
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace by following safety standards and warehouse procedures at all times

Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse distribution or similar logistics environments is highly preferred
• Familiarity with order picking, shipping & receiving, and materials handling procedures
• Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, crane systems, and pallet jacks confidently and safely
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations including inventory management and manual handling practices
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and adherence to safety protocols is essential
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely in a fast-paced setting

Pay: $22.99 - $27.69 per hour
