Duties

• Efficiently pick orders using RF scanners, barcode systems, and order picker equipment to ensure accuracy.
• Pack products securely using appropriate packaging materials while adhering to safety protocols.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, cherry pickers, forklifts, pallet jacks, and heavy lifting tools to move materials safely.
• Load and unload shipments with proper handling techniques to prevent damage and ensure inventory integrity.
• Maintain accurate inventory records within warehouse management systems (WMS) and perform stock replenishment as needed.
• Support shipping and receiving operations by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation.
• Follow safety procedures diligently, including PPE use and manual handling guidelines, to create a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, order picking, packing, or distribution environments.
• Certification or experience operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, or pallet jacks.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, barcode scanning for logistics, and inventory management systems.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for order accuracy and inventory counts.
• Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy items safely on a regular basis.
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to warehouse operations and material handling equipment operation.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely in a fast-paced setting.
