Picker/Packer

Job Summary

As a Picker/Packer, you will help prepare customer orders by locating items, checking products, packing orders, and getting packages ready for shipment. No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided to help you learn the job and feel confident in your responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Pick items from shelves according to order lists or instructions.
• Check products to make sure the correct items and quantities are selected.
• Pack items securely into boxes, bags, or shipping containers.
• Prepare packages for shipment by sealing boxes and applying shipping labels.
• Inspect items for visible damage before packing.
• Organize products and packing materials in designated areas.
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized.
• Restock packing supplies when needed.
• Follow simple instructions and established workplace safety guidelines.
• Work with team members and supervisors to complete daily orders.
• Report missing, damaged, or incorrect items to a supervisor.
• Perform other basic warehouse duties as needed.

Pay: $23.57 - $28.39 per hour
