Picker/Packer

Job Summary

We are looking for reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Picker/Packers. In this role, you will help prepare customer orders by selecting items, packing products securely, and ensuring orders are ready for shipment.

No previous experience is required! We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, including individuals entering the workforce for the first time, recent graduates, career changers, and those looking to develop new skills. Full training will be provided to help you learn the job and feel confident in your responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Pick items from designated shelves or storage areas according to order lists.
• Check products to ensure the correct items and quantities are selected.
• Pack products safely and securely into boxes, bags, or other packaging materials.
• Apply shipping labels and order identification labels as instructed.
• Prepare completed packages for shipping or collection.
• Inspect items for visible damage or defects before packing.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of unnecessary clutter.
• Restock packaging supplies when needed.
• Follow simple instructions and established workplace safety guidelines.
• Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors to complete daily tasks.
• Report missing items, damaged products, or order discrepancies to a supervisor.
• Perform other basic warehouse duties as needed.

Pay: $25.04 - $30.16 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30.0 per week
