Picker/Packer

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Picker/Packer to join our warehouse and order fulfillment team. This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals interested in warehouse operations, order picking, packing, shipping, inventory organization, and distribution.

The Picker/Packer helps ensure that products are selected accurately, packed securely, and prepared for shipment. Daily responsibilities may include picking items from warehouse shelves, checking product quantities, packing customer orders, applying shipping labels, organizing products, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

No previous warehouse, picking, packing, or order fulfillment experience is required. Full training will be provided. We welcome applicants who are starting their first job, returning to work, changing careers, or looking for an opportunity to develop practical workplace skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick products and items from designated warehouse shelves and storage locations
• Follow order lists, picking tickets, and simple work instructions
• Check product names, item numbers, and quantities to help ensure order accuracy
• Pack products into appropriate boxes, bags, or shipping containers
• Select suitable packing materials to help protect products during transportation
• Apply shipping labels, product labels, and other required identification labels
• Prepare completed orders for shipping, pickup, or delivery
• Sort and organize products according to order requirements
• Check packages for missing items, incorrect products, or visible damage
• Report damaged products, missing items, or order discrepancies to a supervisor
• Move completed packages to designated shipping and staging areas
• Assist with organizing and restocking warehouse inventory
• Help maintain accurate product locations and organized storage areas
• Replenish packing supplies such as boxes, tape, labels, and protective materials
• Assist with basic inventory counts and product checks
• Keep packing stations, shelves, and warehouse work areas clean and organized
• Handle products and packages carefully to help prevent damage
• Follow established warehouse procedures and workplace safety guidelines
• Work with team members and supervisors to complete daily picking and packing assignments
• Ask questions when instructions are unclear
• Perform other general warehouse, packaging, shipping, and order fulfillment duties as assigned

• All necessary job training will be provided

Training

Full training will be provided to help new employees learn warehouse procedures, order picking, product packing, shipping preparation, inventory organization, package labeling, and workplace safety practices.

New team members will receive guidance on daily responsibilities, order accuracy, product handling, and the proper use of packing materials. Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is not necessary to apply.

Pay: $22.34 - $25.11 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
