Picker/Packer

About the Role:-

KSKT AgroMart is looking for Picker / Packers to join our FMCG Distribution Center. The candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, sorting, and preparing products for dispatch while maintaining proper handling and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Pick products as per orders and ensure correct SKU, quantity, and quality.
• Pack products safely as per the defined packing standards.
• Check products for damage, expiry, leakage, or quality issues before packing.
• Assist with sorting, stacking, and organizing inventory in the warehouse.
• Ensure proper handling of FMCG and fresh/food products.
• Prepare orders for timely dispatch and maintain dispatch accuracy.
• Follow warehouse SOPs, safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards.
• Support the warehouse team in day-to-day operations as required.

Requirements:-

• 0–2 years of experience in FMCG, warehouse, logistics, e-commerce, or dark store operations preferred.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Basic understanding of picking and packing activities.
• Physically fit and comfortable with warehouse work.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
