About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative (Picker & Packer) to join our close-knit, professional team. Based in a modern warehouse equipped with the latest technology, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that orders are processed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest standard. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, working collaboratively, and taking pride in their attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and store incoming items and returns
• Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for dispatch
• Maintain accurate inventory in line with company policies
• Operate a PC for order processing, stock checks, and production tasks
• Unwrap, print, and personalise items according to specifications
• Pack finished products ready for dispatch
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures
• Perform general warehouse duties as required, including lifting items up to 25kg

Requirements

• Previous pick and pack experience (essential)
• Experience in product personalisation (essential)
• Proficient in PC usage
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable lifting up to 25kg
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Positive attitude and strong team player
