We're looking for motivated and reliable Pickers / Packers to join our busy Manchester team.

You'll help make sure customer orders are picked accurately, packed securely and prepared for dispatch. It's an active, hands-on role where attention to detail, teamwork and a positive attitude make a real difference.

Whether you're looking for your first warehouse job or already have experience in picking, packing or stock handling, we'll provide the guidance you need to settle into the role.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Picker / Packer, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Picking products accurately using order lists or picking systems
• Packing items carefully and securely for delivery
• Checking orders for accuracy, quality and completeness
• Labelling parcels and preparing them for dispatch
• Sorting and organising stock in designated areas
• Helping with incoming deliveries and stock replenishment
• Keeping workstations clean, tidy and safe
• Working with colleagues to meet daily order targets

Previous warehouse experience isn't essential. Experience in retail, stockrooms, logistics or similar environments would be helpful, but full training is provided.

Training & Development

You'll receive practical training in order picking, packing procedures, stock handling, warehouse organisation and workplace safety.

You'll also develop useful skills in time management, accuracy and working to daily targets, with potential opportunities to take on additional responsibilities as you gain experience.
